Sorry I don't. I bought them at a local supplier for air-conditioning equipment. Might be the same in your area. They had several sizes.

There are several options out there. I'm going with Stall Mats or sometimes called horse mats and you can find them at farming places like Tractor Supply. They come in 4x6 panels of 3/4 inch thickness and are often made of recycled rubber. Try to find ones not cured with sulphur or else they tend to stink for a few weeks. Also a good idea to choose the kind with ventilation ribs underneath to prevent mildew although these mats are non-absorbent by design.
You could also go with rolled rubber that is sold in rows of 25 feet, but they normally only run 1/4 or 3/8 thick. Look for custom flooring shops or gym suppliers for the rolled stuff and they often come in different colors....of course, they are more expensive than the horse mats.

There is something kind or ironic that you powder coated a "White" Magic in a black shade....might be some sort of evil brother.

Re: My other Truckmount project
I have to ask, are you doing your own powder-coating? I only have access to one around here that will work with small jobs, but he will only do things smaller than a truck wheel.
I really does look great!

Re: My other Truckmount project
Dave, that hoist will not fit in between my machine and the ceiling of my cargo van, even if it does there won't be enough clearance to lift it up an inch to get it out, we tried
