How do you protect your equipment in the winter
What do you gentlemen use to protect your equipment I know different areas do things different.
I customers who live in the mountains of NC because of the wind and no where inside for their trucks, they one make sure the van is dry. Then they wrap their unit with an electric blanket queen size then a couple of heavy moving blankets on top that to keep the heat in and take wands and hand tools inside or a space heater close by in back of van. Just thought I would ask.

Re: How do you protect your equipment in the winter
Good question for this time of year.
If the temps are expected to be in single digits, I fully winterize with RV anti-freeze and leave a oil filled heater inside next to the pump.
If it will be in the teens, I sandwich the machine with 2 oil filled heaters or sometimes use an overhead radiant heater (marvin brand) along with several temperature sensors to keep track of the results. I will never allow any part of the van's interior to drop below 40 degrees.
It also helps to have some kind of insulation in there. My butler is lined with 1/2 foam rubber insulation and I will drape a moving blanket over the rear doors to reduce heat loss at the windows.
