Sure the spots came back..

I did a job of Angies a month a half ago. It was a great lead 2 homes on the same block. The customer had urine spots on all 3 rooms and all came out. She called me a couple of days ago to tell me that the spots came back. The spots took this long come back:scratch: .

I went there today and sure enough they weren't the same spots I cleaned previously. We had a conversation and the customers knows that the next I come out it won't be free call.

Great work Mo.

I wouldn't have done them for free though. I give a satisfaction guarantee and will guarantee my work for a week. However, NEW spots are not covered.

It was a tough decision but the fact that It was an Angie's list referral and they cleaned both house at the same time kind of swayed my decision.

Dishonesty is a difficult monster to work with. I had one today, said the had four rooms ended up six. It was a good will gesture cleaning referral from a friend. Quoted the price based in their honesty. Of course I'm not going to change my end of the bargain. Just makes me disappointed in their dishonesty. Good move Mo. Those are tough spo to be in.
