New van floor and cracked floor.
I Installed the new floor yesterday, unfortunately I found a cracked floor on one spot where the vac reel mounted on.

So you mounted it a little sideways? Did you have to take the TM out?

A crack like that would have turned into a giant hole in this area. You are so lucky not to have rust eating everything away.

Mo, no the reel was originally mounted a little bit crooked and I don't bother to drill new holes, I need to remove the reel one more time when I'm having my auto body guy weld the floor.
No I didn't move the TM, there's no way for me to remove the 1500 lbs machine, I don't have a forklift
Rob, the van is a 2010 and California is in drought, I believe those are the reasons why it's not rusted yet, lol.
