I have not gotten it yet MoMo wrote:My wand is not longer and I moved the wandeeze and handle up.
Tim did you get the wandeeze?
Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
Did you send it USPS or UPS?Royal Man wrote:Thanks for the review. Usually the wand-eze is placed to the very end of the wand tube. leaving just enough for the cuff to attach. Also move your assist handle all the way up to near the bend. But, like you said whatever works for you. I just mail it to Tim today.( I've been so busy) and he should get it Wednesday. I included the 12ft leader solution hose leader and the 12in solution hose leader. So he can try it each way. Enjoy and have fun with it and report back. - Dave
Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
This is Toms pic. So the 45 degree is at the back of the wand not the front.
Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
So far out of three people that have tried this tool I am the only one that has bought one so far.
I know for sure that Dave didn't like the price point and felt is was too bulky. Dave C now that Royal Man has made the cleaners lounge members reduced pricing public I can tell you that I paid 200.00 for the wand-eeze
Tom liked it but not enough to buy one.

Tim I think he sends it FedEx, Hopefully you'll get it by the end of the week
Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
Ups delivered it to me this afternoon. I have it installed on my wand and ready to try it out tomorrow. I had to make a few tweeks to make it work but its ready to go.Mo wrote:Tim I think he sends it FedEx, Hopefully you'll get it by the end of the week
Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
Let me know if you have any questions. I sent a 12" and a 12 ft soultion line so you can try each way. You can also locate the grip 2" from the end,of the tube all the way to the bend and adjust your assist handle acordingly. Remember to keep the angle around 45° . Play with it. Hold it at a,comfortable level. You dont have to hold it up higher than normal. Enjoy and contact me anytime.

Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
the 12" hose you sent had the wrong size fitting to attach to the handle, so I just hooked up my own to make it work.
Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
The only problem with the 12' solution is that you need to roll it and wrap it up. I have no problem cleaning with it.
It would seem to me if you're going to use a 12 inch leader hose you may as well just go with a QD at the tool??

Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
That's my thought as well.
No way was I going to have a 12' hose permanently attached to my wand, and the 12" seems pointless.

I do need to change the way I hang the wand on the ceiling of the van the hooks didn't work with the wand-eeze added.
I think Ill get those straps at HD that Mark was talking about.

Connecting QC straight to the gun gets in the way. The 12" line allows you to place the QC out of the way. The 12ft line drops the weight of the QC and Shutoff valve to the ground.Making less top weight. Use it either way, Wrapping takes two seconds. Use it either way to choose your prefference. That is the beauty. You can choose monting location. Grip angle and solution leader lenght to dial in in for YOUR needs.

Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
I just put my quick connect right on the wand with out a leader hose. It just seems kind of funny worrying about a few ounces of the quick connect and your shut off being right on the wand versus not.
Re: Loaner Review Wand-eeze Carpet Cleaning Wand Kit
Yes experiment with it Tim but make sure you try it with the whip too to see what you think of it.

Thanks Mil the reason I like the hooks is that I don't have to climb in the van to remove or put the wand back

Maybe Dave is now getting use to this no "leader" way, since I'm not the only one to not like that leader hose deal.
Hopeful so, and no more lashing out.
It is what it is. Saving a couple ounces, when you're adding a couple pounds isn't worth the inconvenience of having your QD and shut off valve 12 feet away. And having a 12' hose always attached to your wand.

So you liked it better without the lead hose? You didn't feel or notice a difference with out it? I haven't tried it without it.

I always think things threw, usually too much by over thinking them...........but with a lil thought it wasn't hard to know the "leader hose" wasn't for me......but I'm just weird, like the last two guys to try it, right.
I didn't want to have to walk away from wand to connect/disconnect hose, or have that added hose always connected to it.......

Yeah your weird but not because you don't like the lead hose.
But if you liked it better with out the lead hose and its not needed why even use it. As soon as I get some time to play with my toys Ill take it off to see if I feel any difference.
