You have to pull 200 feet of hoses ? Not only pulling the hoses are a pita but doing the work it takes a lot longer due to the vac isn't nearly as strong.

Yes, if I'm using TM for HWE, I'll charge .40+ per s.f., but the last couple of years I've been doing encap type cleaning on those ones, unless not possible.

I rarely use more than 150' of hose, 96% of the time 75-125' of hose.

I dont mind 200ft, and you shouldnt lose much vac with an everest Dp

I hardly notice anything different from 150 to 200

Did 2 today that both needed 175, I dont charge extra for it.

We do charge a lot extra for newer style townhomes, not sure if they build them like this down there but its basically 4 units each 3-4 stories with really tight stairwells/hallways.. 2 bedrooms all the way at the top with really small little closets in the hallway

Then all the front doors/garages are inside the courtyard of 4 units, the overhang is too low to fit any trucks in.. sometimes the express can squeeze but cant turn the corner to the unit.

Things make me want to puke and I get claustrophobic just doing the walkthrough

No change in price, but if you had to go 300 plus, you really need to charge more in the first place.

I guess I kind of do charge more for it, but not in an itemized fashion. I don't list a distance charge, but I often inflate a bid if it is a job that I really don't want to work due to things like extended hose runs.
