Customer from hell !

I'm sure we all deal with this at some point but I wish we know before hand not to do jobs for them, for the most parts I'm getting better at spotting them but sometimes I missed.
I had this customer I did the tile and grout for last week, clean and seal, our mistake is not to dry the sealer on the tiles, found out earlier today from Dave about that, so the sealer smeared on the tiles, all over, long story short, we scrubbed with floor machine and extract, but even then we still had to go over some areas a couple extra times, even then the customer was literally checking every freaking tiles for even a slight line of sealer and had us to go over that again, spent a total of 5 hours 3 man labor to get this done, between labor and gas I'm almost in the red

That does suck DP at least it was a good learning experience and you didn't loose any money.

I like that you still made a profit despite spending all that extra time. That is a guy who knows how to make a profit.

Job from hell today. Carpet, tile , rugs I got home today and didn't mess around just took some advil right away. Nice deposit though

LOL...Im good now Mo....she was mad this morning....I told her to save it! im still tired and not in the mood. lol she just called me on her break and started again....I diverted it and asked her if she wanted me to meet her for lunch today...lol
