Customer service on difficult customers.

Customer service on difficult customers.
I saw a commercial of a service company that does a lot more than their service scope, the ad showed a technician pulled the customer's empty trash can from the street and another tech walking the dog. I tried to help customers from time to time but nothing close to that level, however a few weeks ago I had a customer of certain race that's always seems harder to please and what makes it harder in that situation is she wasn't home and her mom was, even after I explained everything to her over the phone and her mom in person, I had a feeling that I may get a call back on that job, it's very hard to access it ( 3rd floor and balcony under hers sticks out 15+ feet ) which makes me have to act like a cowboy and lasso my pressure hoses over the patio fence on the ground floor.
I tried that strategy, I saw their 5 gallon water dispenser is empty and I saw a full one ready to be put up, I asked her mom if she wants me to put it up for them ( she mentioned that they have no guys in the house ), she immediately took that offer, I did that and no call back from them

Re: Customer service on difficult customers.
Everyone likes a water bearer.....don't be surprised if they start calling when the need something else moved or to get a cat out of the tree.
It happened to me last year, I had to finally tell her to stop calling me...elderly lady that just wanted someone to visit with her. Sad, nice gal, but I can't run a business like that.
