One thing you hate in your business !

If there is one, or two things you hate the most about this business, what is it ? It has to be the top of your list.
For me it's the restroom dilemma, I have a small bladder and in the winter I need to go frequently and sometimes I just don't feel right asking the customers to use their restroom, may be because they're clean freak, sometimes it's the opposite, I wouldn't even dare to touch the restroom door handle, lol, when they're very nice and looks like normal customers I have no problem asking.

I run into that too DP....had to use a jug before lol
My biggest worry is equipment failure during a job that has been pre-sprayed already. I can NOT have another company help me get through a job because I wouldn't use them myself. Guess I need to buy a portable for that day.

Good one Rob....I'm obsessive about cleaning my van ....It hits the car wash 3 times a week easy! inside is cleaned twice a week easy....daily clean is different.

I hate it when they think they know my job better than I do.
FWIW I use a swing machine and some bonnets to finish a job if/when my tm goes down. I already have the machine and bonnets in the van and I used them a few times when I used to run a powermatic. I have a prochem peak gtx on month 14 now and have not had a single hickup much less a break down.

Now I can't decide which one I hate more, lol.
Yeah Prochem machines are beasts, with the older ones it'll break down once in a while, but newer ones are well thought of. I've been using prochem machines for a good 10 years if not more.

People think all CC are the same.
Avg custy doesn't realize the science/chemistry behind cleaning different soils.

Ever hear of the guy who was using the vac hose to get sweat off his forehead?...lost an eye! maybe DP better make a pit stop prior to arrival. lol
