Back from Vacation
We did the Spain Italy trip and it was much more than I ever thought! my wife and I would move there next week if we didnt have a kid in School....im not kidding either, we loved it. I fell in love with a town named Assisi, and want to re-visit. My son even wants to move but I worry that the School would be disrupted with the language factor and adjusting at this point in his Schooling....he is going into the 10th....anyway it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed it. Did 8 days in Italy, 20 hours on the ocean headed to Barcelona and a couple days there before leaving back home.

Re: Back from Vacation
Sounds like a good time for the whole family start taking some linguistic lessons.
I never spent much time in Spain, but with every foreign country that I visited, I always wanted to to go back and move in. I suspect that the newness would wear off after about 6 months though and I would want to punch someone with all those weird laws.
That is what I felt in Okinawa anyway.

Re: Back from Vacation
I still would move in a heart beat but with my son in School...I think waiting would be less disruptive.
