How many hours per year?
After thinking about the numbers in another post, it got me curious as to how many hours do you guys run in a given year? Right now, I am only at 207 for the year and will not likely add more than another 30 this year.
Re: How many hours per year?
What do you mean, run?
As in the hours a year actually spent on a job working?

Re: How many hours per year?
I wanna say between the 2 vans, about 1200 hours average in the past few years, this year will probably around 1000 hours.
I would love to do 1500 hours but I also don’t want to deal with the headaches and potential issues that comes with the additional hours.

Re: How many hours per year?
How much of that is from November to March? I just get curious how much of an improvement would exist in a better climate.
Re: How many hours per year?
November - December this year based on pattern I would guesstimate around 150 hours for 2 months.
January - March is around 50 hours / month. 2018 might see slight decline than that.

Re: How many hours per year?
I used to do 150 hours / month for the holidays ( November - December ) when I advertised like crazy, now I do minimum advertisement and rely on repeat customer, it's getting a little too much with new customers increasingly want an instant service, I just don't have the resources now to entertain those demands.
The other benefit of being in a warmer area is all of the in laws are coming to warmer areas to spend the holidays, that's why we can get pretty busy with upholstery cleaning during those months.
