How is it that zeroreze can clean so much with one empowered solution ?

I just had to Google them. Never heard of it. I have a hard time believing that they can clean everything with just "empowered" water.

Its another niche though. I'm sure some chemical sensitivity folks will eat it up.

They don't lol, it's just marketing BS, no different than Chem-Dry really.  

from what i can tell They use empowered water.. aka lye/sodium hydroxide in there rinse they also have machines that produce it. As for pre spray... lets just say it smells a lot like powermax from Cobb. Most spotters and other pre spays are exactly the same as most cleaners, bisulfates and all.

It's the marketing. Just kills me that people don't put two and two together. Like when someone says. I don't make much on our services. I don't mind it at all. That's their pitch, but dang folks just don't do their own research on what they are buying.

So what BS are we selling. Lol

I had a lady look at me that way when I was selling some SG today. "$80 bucks!!! I was think like $35 maybe!? But whew $80 no thanks. I just spent $3,200 on painting."

I say " yes ma'am I understand".

I didn't bother mentioning the one year warranty.

I'll tell ya what, advertizing "Green Cleaning" really works.......it has for me anyways. And if you actually use enviro friendly chems you can feel good telling people about it/using it and sleep well too!  

Since I started advertizing "Green", I've had many calls and done quite a few job for the wacky green tree people lol, you know what I mean right? haha

People just eat it up, and these big company's know that and can really push it with their money to pour into marketing, weather it's all true or not..............I tend to believe most of it is "or not"!  

People who advertise green must be misinformed and true follwers! ..


ok ok ! Ive been running green for 9 years, there are true benefits to us and our customers! And yes you will get lots of jobs just for being green. Good people too! At least it has an actual purpose and useful agenda unlike most advertising thats used.

Zerorez is the fasted growing franchise this industry has probably ever seen. They really know how to market themselves and we should take notice. Think about it, they are advertising successfully without telling the customer anything about their product (we use special water). They might as well advertised magic beans, and yet it is working.

Think about the first cleaner who started using softened water or deionized water on their trucks, how did his business benefit? I am looking to make some changes to my water as well to try and keep ahead of the game.

The other side to all this is that these franchises are getting hammered in BBB complaints, so they might come down to earth a little into the next year. The point is to not complain about them, learn from them and prosper!

Oh yeah. I've followed their radio marketing for the last three years. They started at $105 three rooms. A few months later $115 now they run $135 three rooms. Which I run that with zero radio marketing.
