Bluetooth Blue Parrot b250xt

I’ve been using the Blue Parrot B250XT for about 2 months now and thoroughly enjoy it. I never thought it would have been possible to have a conversation with the windows in the van rolled down while driving down the highway with the radio playing! The caller on the other end can’t hear any disturbance and you can hear perfectly as well. Standing next to your truckmount no problem, standing by your air movers no problem, wanding no problem. I even wear it now while mowing the lawn. The only criticisms I have are that a little bit of padding on the loop over the head would be nice, but if you wear a hat that is not an issue and that you look like you work at a drivethru. Its performance is amazing.

I would love to get one of those but the way I sweat when I'm cleaning that thing will probably slide right off my face

It will slide off of your head when your looking down, well at least my bald head anyway. I wear it around my neck until I get a call.

It does slide slowly off my head when I'm doing upholstery, and after a few months of usage, I also realized that when you're cleaning tile and grout, you will NOT hear your phone ringing even though the Bluetooth is on your head, as well as it's really hard to hear the customer even though I turn the volume all the way up, they can hear me really good but I can't hear them clearly, this is JUST for wand cleaning though, not sure with spinner type tile cleaner, cause I don't use them. I wouldn't even call that downside of this great Bluetooth at all since my wand is screaming loud when cleaning tile and grout.

I sweat a lot too when I'm working and I have no problem with it, if you pick up calls from your customers while working, I strongly recommend to get one, it will save you a lot of time, instead of stopping, you can talk to them and keep going, sometimes I don't feel right if the customer is breathing down my neck, but other than that, I always talk to my customers while I'm working and I can't do that with my Plantronics :-)

That's true DP the only time you have to stop is to take their info and schedule it.
There are times when I'm so busy that I just don't pick up and just hope they leave a message. I know I'm losing business when I do that.

What I usually do when they want to schedule and I have their # in my caller id, I asked them if I can call them back and schedule them in about 30 - 60 minutes ( most jobs are about that long for me ) and all of them will say of course, that saves me time from stopping and saves my truckmount clock from running which will result in a more efficient oil change duration, mobil 1 synthetic is getting more and more expensive as you know

I'm on my 3rd one. The last one fell off my head when I was emptying my waste tank and got drenched (my own fault.) I learned about these when I used to drive an 18 wheeler. Hands down the best bluetooth I've ever owned.

Sorry that happened to you Neil but it is kind of funny kind of like when my wide dropped her phone in the toilet:D
