Vacuum Connection from tank to blower? Empty Vacuum Connection from tank to blower?

Post by Cjcann Mon Apr 21, 2014 5:10 am

My El diablo used fuel transfer hose in some wierd 3 1/8 or 3 1/4 size, can't remember. Switched over to some heavy duty see through vac hose that Butler uses that my buddy had. Looks like it's starting to collapse? Thinking of changing to rigid plastic piping or some other stuff. Does anybody know what size the port is on top of a #4 blower? 3-3 1/2 inch? Is it NPT? How about that fuel transfer hose, anybody have a supplier for that stuff. Any cool ideas how to modify the connection from blower to waste tank and max the vac with ez removal if necessary? Thanks in advance.

A 45 is 2.5 inches Id. NPT. Usually a 3 or 2.75 will fit over it. I always buy mine at the local industrial hose shop whistler bearing. Don't cheap out on that hose. A total collapse will ruin your blower
