That's a lot of jobs for an 'old guy', ? I heard your heavy breathing, and I'm the same way now. lol

I'm done after 2-3 jobs these days.

But it really depends on how much work, or how big the jobs are?

I use to do 6-8 vacant apartments a day, but now prefer to make as much or more doing 1-2 residential jobs a day, without all the extra driving/fuel cost and setup/breakdown time.  wink

But when it's slow, you (I) do what you have to, including a buncha little jobs in a day.

5 jobs working solo is quite an accomplishment. I know that after the 3rd house or 4th apartment, I am spent.

Celebrate the achievement and get some rest!

gotta love busy season. and ya magnolia is a nightmare in seattle, sometimes 40-50 steps just up to the front door

did a sod install about 8yrs ago and had to charge the lady 1700 for a small 12x12 patch of grass because we had to haul garbage cans of soil/ sod up 50 stairs to the front then another 40 stairs to the backyard.

of course it was magnolia
