I was always under the impression that you're running vortec :-)
I think the chance to get one is very slim, your best bet is to get the replacement from white magic which must cost an arm and a leg or have a welder make you one, then you just have to buy the faceplate sticker from white magic, good luck dude.

there is probably a metal shop in your area that would handle something like that. Otherwise you can get a sheet of thick aluminum pretty cheap online and they are easy to cut. Use the old one as a template and get yourself a set of hole saws. Make for an interesting afternoons work.

Try the local schools for a metal shop class and "donate" your project. They should be able to get it done and you get away free....they might even learn something useful in life.
