I like carb/choke cleaner. It works great on dried latex paint, ink, and some adhesive. Use the attached straw to direct the flow such as blasting ink into the vacuum hose. Be careful, as using too much can cause de-lamination.

No offense meant, just speaking from my point of view..........I prefer to use products made for carpet and fabrics, For safety and professionalism.....can you imagine a customer seeing you spray carb cleaner on their 10 thousand dollar carpet investment. cyclops

I currently use KleenRite Dissolve and PC ProSolve for the type of things mentioned.

None taken. Only problem we have is local suppliers don't handle a very good selection of anything. One that started out good years ago decided to go into competition with their own customers. Now a DKI franchise and making a not so good name for themselves. Carpet cleaners have deserted them in mass.

I know you can order Dissolve from Joe.

Or just about anything you need from many online sites.

Just call Joe, and I'm sure he'll fix you up.

the pro solv gel works on paint well with a scraper. I have a drum of s/o but I thought we were just talking specialty spotters not pre sprays

Pro-solve was always my favorite, then the Fels, and now the Deep Green.
