Pre cleaning inspection/estimate form

I usually will try and measure up the jobs 1st and send an estimate via email. People love using email! easier for them instead of playing phone tag. This way I have their email. When they call again I shoot them an email, they love it!. I also send out a blast every fall to remove their garden hoses from their "frost free water outlets to prevent damage" already saved several customers asses.I need an inspection/estimate form. Anybody using one they wouldn't mind sharing?

I use estimate from Quickbooks.

Hi Diabloz,

I have a walkthrough form you might like, it is excel spreadsheet

Has rooms 1-10, with check boxes for pet stains, filtration soils, dyes/colored stains, carpet condition and soil load.

you can have them sign at bottom and fill in your own mark ups for each additional treatment, we explain to the customers beforehand that these treatments cost extra so its not a bait and switch form lol

It has our logo at the top but I can send you a blank one no problem

I just finished updating and redoing my invoice/est forms, and I'd be happy to share them here with just us on the forum, but not the entire interwebs people worldwide.

So if Mo can make that possible, by keeping it for just forum members only, I'll upload it to the new Docs section.

I think we should make the forms & post card downland section accessible only to members that share there files. The section will be private and not indexed by search engines.

The files need to be emailed to me and you can remove the files at anytime.

OR is it done on your end?...........I just don't want to share my stuff with the world.

The "File Sharing" downloads on the web page will only be accessible to the members that share files. You will not be sharing them with anyone else and will not be indexed by google or any other search engine.

If you click on the page now the files will not be downloadable. You will be able to see what members are participating in the file sharing. Just click on there user name if you want to see were they are located?

Just email me a file that you want to share, I'll put it on the list and you will have access

Once someone is on the list, do they need to send future files to you, or will they have the ability upload themselves?

If you guys would prefer to upload yourself after the initial one that I put on the list I can create a "Files Upload" forum and then I can take those links and upload it into the "File Sharing" page. And again that forum will be private.

I just think the files will be easier to find on that page that I created and future members can see the files that are available and hopefully more apt to share and participate.
