His wand broke in the middle of 30000 sq ft and his ex showed up with an attitude. I cant wait for him to get back and tell us the story ...providing he makes it.

You know what's ironic about todays job and this thread. I've been cleaning and applying finish to this ladies wood floors for years. The first time I cleaned for her she insisted that I only use Bona cleaner and Finish from Home Depot.

I gave her the pro solutions spiel but she would have none of it. I had never used the stuff so I was worried about it peeling fading, hazing. etc. I had her sign a disclaimer and just did it.  She said that she just can't get it looking as good as I do. She keeps a big supply of the product for me to clean every six months. The stuff isn't bad. 

I am in the middle of a rough stretch cleaning. Up at 4 am, working dayshift until 6:30 pm, and then cleaning at the Zoo until 3 am at night.

Had to do it the last 3 days now.....adding it all up, I have had 3 hours of sleep in 3 days. I got lucky and had to cancel the cleaning tonight due to a lighting issue at the facility, so I can get some rest before doing it again tomorrow night.

Tis the season....do they make a "24 hour energy"?

BTW, I like the ax part.

I can definitely understand the "professional" product argument, but I tend to limit this to my main pre-spray and specialty spotter products.

You will never find me sparing any expense on anything other than what I believe to be the best in regards to my main prespray, and your not going to find the best at HD.

Where I differ is in the secondary products like general spotters, boosters, H2o2 and general deodorizers, so you will never see me laying down Odoban 3-1 as a preconditioner, as a rinse....maybe, but I am not too interested in finding out.

I do value their general deodorizers/disinfectant as a general rinse, as I believe this is a must when slinging a porty.

The fact that their line of deodorizers/disinfectant achieves their sanitizing properties through their quaternary ammonium content makes them even more attractive to me.

If anyone has ever used Judson's QuatAlot, they know quaternary ammonium is a very effective anti-microbial
