Some cleaners lounge members having trouble ordering from Procyon

Devon placed an order three weeks go for product and custom labels has called multiple times and still nothing has arrives.

Rob made three attempts to place an order on the website and gave up.It also took him over a month to get a sample.

weird, Ive never ordered from them directly other than my samples and they came very fast.


They are local here in PNW, wonder why they have so much trouble getting product to midwest

Maybe it is due to these guys getting in the way.

Its the person taking the call...Ive been around long enough to know the lack of enthusiasm was the reason....I called back after reasonable amount of time went by and the guy said Hmmmm, i'll look into it....I said well, are you going to call me back or what....he said if I dont call it means I figured out the problem.....I said okay and just before he hung up I said...You want my number and name?...he had no interest at all.....when IT didnt make it back (i got no call as expected) I called and got a lady on the phone this time...very helpful and confused as to why....she sent it out quickly and a day or two I had it. (free samples) 

Now dealing with the same guy and my labels....(AFTER ASKING HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE he laughed and said a day or two!) It took two minutes for me to get him my logo for the labels....3 or 4 days went by and I called....he said Im working on it and will have something for you to approve in the morning...He called that next morning and surprised the heck outta me!....I said they look great lets do it....he said okay and hung up....Im was curious as to what he thinks "WE" are doing....I sent an email saying...I liked the label and want to proceed...where are we at with this?  Im waiting. I mentioned I also wanted to start off with 4 cases a case of the non private label for me to use on the truck. Weeks...days...days...Im done.

Even if I loved the product, how can I sell something Im not sure I can get? We have no local dealer so I went through the headquarters. IDK. Im no longer in the market for the stuff.

Thats my take AC....I think they are geared for distributors and retail and dont want to place an order at the manufacturing facility.

Oh I thought you had paid for labels and never received them.

I was prepared to pay for them from call one....I figured he was preparing the bottles and would call me when ready to ship....Its okay...Im trying releasit now. I lost my level of excitement on this product.

You gave them a shot. There are way too many other options out there to even sweat it.

Whats the cost per bottle with Excellent Supply and what size bottle? You won't be disappointed with their product.

Why not try these guys out ? Someone in this forum said that they're very good, I personally haven't given them a shot yet though.

Only 15,50 per gallon but can't find dilution ratios and not in the same class as Proycon.  The website says it contains dry cleaning solvents so not exactly eco friendly. Check out the ingredients in the MSDS

That was my suggestion awhile back. It has been the best spot/stain remover I have ever used, but I can't see using it for encap or extraction.

I do know of one rug shop that soaks rugs in the stuff, but I no longer dabble in rug cleaning.

If you need a great spotter....that is the one.

Chemax makes the ultraDry, but they also have a good cleaner which I believe is and encap product called LST.

I've been trying to give up cleaning rugs but I just seem to say no. I like cleaning them because I can do them at my leisure and most are quick to clean. I am better at turning down synthetic pissed out rugs though. It costs more to clean than replace.

Good price point too and you don't have to worry about the paint peeling with that chrome plated head.

I just ordered some Proycon the website was fine no problems. I hope I didn't jinx myself and become one of those cleaners lounge members that thas to wait weeks to get their product

I received an email saying that it shipped. I don't recall getting this before. Do you guys that order get this info.

I never got a confirmation before from them, but I certainly agree that a confirmation with tracking is the expected norm.

I will probably try and buy some local (near local anyway), but my hurdle jumping is very limited at this point.

Procyon is being very attentive right now......

I would just order through the website like I did. If its a local carpet cleaner they're probably going to drop ship anyways. Call him to see if he has it in stock.

I am dealing with Procyon direct.
