Sounds like they just didn't have their support team ready...hopefully, this a sign of some internal corrections.

The product is good, but so are a lot of products. With all the choices out there, it takes more than just a good product, it takes good customer service too if things are going to work out.

I'm still not sure about this product being on the truck permanently, but it has some promise. A little more experience with it on different conditions will dictate the future.....as long as it can be obtained without difficulty.

Im really big on customer service these days! I expect it. I stayed through this because I wanted it to be a good thing. Hope they get it together.

So the the bottom line here is if you pay an extra 4.00 for the 25lb box of powder as opposed to the case of the liquid Xtreme you can make an extra 72 gallons of cleaning solution.

Ah, just looked over their products some more. Sounds similar to Oxyblaster, so it would probably make a pretty good mix.

Still don't get the trash bag in a box shipping thing. Seems like they would have a small pail or something instead. We can't have cleaners running around with tupperware full of mystery powders.....what do you do when the cop asks what it is and demands the MSDS?

I know thats what I thought too. I guess you could buy the 6lb labeled container to test the product and use that one to refill.
