cool work shop.. i like the blower in the background!
Dont forget to shake the SOO whatever oil is in there like's to cling to itself.
I enjoy dumping some citric acid on the pizz first to get rid of the ammonia smell pronto!

FYI Dont mix acid with ENCAP!!

Im gonna make some o3 water and try just using that with acid and see what happens on my next pee job.

Depends on what the customer will PAY for, as to what process I use.

IF they are willing to pay for claw work,
1 Neutralize urine salts with an acid.
2 Flush with water.
3 Inject a Bio modifier.
4 HP if any staining remains

When they won't pay for the right way, I will clean and spray Joedorcide mixed with some encap.

Urine jobs are INCREDIBLE upsells. What little more you need to invest in a UV light and a moisture meter, pays for itself in one job.

And what the current situation is with the odor causer. Doesn't make much since and most customers aren't willing to pay for complete odor removal when the offender is still around and likely to continue.....although, I do have a couple customers that are willing to go with the full treatment and cost even though it's a continuing problem (mostly on wool area rugs, for me), most are not.

Neat freaks and sometimes the wealthier will go all out.

They want that germ laden goo out of the pad. Others couldn't care less. They just want the smell gone.

Either way, it's money in the pocket.
