urine removal Empty urine removal

Post by ACpower1 Mon Dec 16, 2013 9:59 pm

Were always improving our urine removal process since there is so much money to be made doing this

Ive posted in the past other mixtures but this one is out performing the last mixture

4 parts- enzyme(osr), peroxide, s/o/o, and acid rinse

in a multisprayer 2 gallon mix

-1 heaping scoup OSR, 4oz peroxide (baquacil), 4oz s/o/o

and then concentrate your matrix all fiber rinse about 30% stronger than usual, it can cause resoiling if mixed too strong so just be careful and rinse with clean water if needed after

I use SOO with 40 vol. peroxide, I will also use OSR and subsurface too.

OSR is meant to be used with real hot water and foam all over like lava.

Last week I had a pee job for a lady who runs a rescue dog service :-) .
Mix some enzyme with OSR in a gallon of hot water, it did the lava thing and let it dwell then extracted.
She was happy when the odor left with the stain!!

I would like to add enzymes on my own. I don't mind playing chemist, a bit.

I don't always need an enzyme, but it would be nice to have to add myself. When I can add ingredients to my juice by themselves, I save money and I don't need to stock as much stuff. My space is limited for stock. No warehouse, just a room.

Maybe other guys don't want the trouble of mixing. I don't know. Me, I would rather mix my own.

I flood the contaminated area with any acidic urine rinse, extract with a water claw and then add urine lock from Masterblend. It has enzymes and encapsulants. I have gotten great results with this combination.

By the way, if you use a peroxide or something like OSR, it will kill the enzymes. These are oxygen bleaches.

I have heard of some people using the enzyme products for RV septic tanks with great results. Anyone ever heard of this.

You beat me to it...I used to work for a guy who was strong believer in using enzymes on about everything, but he would also add peroxide to the mix. He never knew that he was really treating with the peroxide as I never added the enzymes like he asked. You would think that he would have figured it out when his enzyme product seemed to last years from just one jug...he didn't. Laughing

I used to spray the osr first in a pump up right when i got to the job, then as i clean the regular prespray mix would finish it off

this just was easier but i didnt think about the fact that the peroxide would kill the enzyme

To make certain we explain this correctly, most products with enzymes are using synthetic enzymes that will not be killed by the peroxide, but they are mixed with a bacteria that allows them to work at breaking down the stain / soils. The peroxide will kill the bacteria, so the enzyme formula will not function as designed, they need each other to be effective.

I hope I have that right...it has been a long time since chemistry 101. silent

Joe SOO is great for vacants and nasties and for fast use low cost effectiveness.

Not all clients will be a fan of the fragrance, so ask first! its strong.

PS my wife says it give her headaches.

I like that mixed with 40 vol peroxide its a great one step for odors and stains and cleans great too.

Magic wand makes an osr that is activated with oxygen and works synergisticly at least that is what I am told.

There is bacteria in most of that stuff that produce the enzymes that do the odor eating/eliminating part and the oxy stuff kills the bacteria.
