Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
The pump I recently rebuild, and is in perfect working order....
And yes there's a couple things that aren't brand new. Like that hose going to gauge, coupler and pump, I just can't justify spending money replacing perfectly working parts for cosmetic only reasons.
Everything seen from the front by a customer (or untrained eye) will appear as new, I think.......and the front panel will hide the hose with the corrosion on it.

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
I hear ya Dave time to start making money with that puppy.
The hydraulic hose on my workmaster looked good on the outside but when I looked inside of it there was a lot of rust and crud so I had to replace it

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
Well I thought I only had a couple small things to finish up, but it's turned into another all day.
I wanted to see it I could get it to fire up before putting it in the van ..............

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
I forget how small some TMs after having my big ass Judson tank TM in the van.
Its going to be a lot quieter after you install the muffler and under carriage exhaust
I still love those gauges

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
I actually got it back in the van before it got dark today.......but I still need to hook up somethings tomorrow before I can work.

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
You all done?? Let's see that green panel? Thing must really look cool at night with the LED gauges reflecting off the panel
Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
The LED Gauges aren't very photogenic, they don't look nearly as bright as in person...
The blower use to exhaust out of the front threw the oval hole in the bottom, and since I now have it exiting threw the floor behind the front panel I needed to fill the hole with something. So I bought a cooling fan, with green LED of course lol, and used the same grill material to cover it also.......

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
Looks a lil plain without the "Eagle" decal on the front, but I should have that in a week or two.

Thanks.

Every hard-core gamer is going to love the look of that thing...."Alienware Cleaning"
I really like it!
Now you just have to pipe in that voice which says "Finish Him" when you shut down from a job.

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
haha.....I wondered how long it would take before someone commented on the lighted computer fan.......that didn't take long.
It was the only idea I had to fill that big hole, and I didn't want to just leave it open and unfinished looking.

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
I'm very happy to report the TM is working great....running perfect, and no problems what so ever.
And as an added bonus, I have much better suction with the new blower, I guess the old one was really worn out, and down on CFM.

Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
Did you get the CFM meter Dave? How does the new blower perform compared to the old tired one?
Re: TM Upgrade/Rebuild
I actually just got it yesterday, haven''t used it yet.............I need to make one of those funnel things for it.
