Good advice. For me after checking all those it was worn seals in the cat pump. It just couldn't pull hard enough anymore.

Thanks for the check list Eddie. The problem was a clogged meter dial. I unscrewed it all the way and flushed it right out. Thanks again

The chem meter on my Judson started acting up. It won't hold on the number you set it on. It slowly goes back down to zero after 2-3 minutes. I checked everything from above. With the meter turned all the way off after a couple of minutes I start to notice very tiny or micro bubbles forming in the top of the meter. They are coming from the bottom of the gauge. I think I have a small air leak in the adjustment dial. Any thoughts?

If it takes 2-3 min I would
1: take a bright light and shine it from one side and looking from the other looking at all angles looking for cracks if you don't see any then.
2: I would change the brass hose barb installing with thread lock and use hose clamp.
If your chem knob is on the meter and it's been there awhile then check the o ring on the stem depending on chem it could be bad or at least dry try a little lube
Hope it helped

Thanks for the advice Eddie. The meter does have the knob on it and I took it out last night and lubed it and no improvement. This morning though the meter works perfect. Maybe the o-ring just needed a little time to swell up.
