Re: The Best of Trashed Carpet
Nice work ej54!
Thanks.......
Honestly I don't remember what I used to get that sofa that clean, I was actually amazed myself on that one.
But I can say I typically use a lot of elbow grease when cleaning, and will throw/use anything I have on the truck to do the best job
I can.
Here's a cushion from another furn. job.

Good work guys. Remember to reply with your chemistry used to get results. It doesn't matter what chems you use. Step by step look at mine post at top for example.

Bug up some old ones. I believe I was using Pro's Choice Pro-Zyme at the time. :oNothing else, no special effects.

Re: The Best of Trashed Carpet
I though that was a joke. Do you guys really want to start a before and after contest and the prize be a shirt with Terry's biz name on it? But I'll let you guys decide so I'll start a poll.Ryan S wrote:Hey you guys need to post these on Odins thread for his T shirt prize.

Re: The Best of Trashed Carpet
Here's my first entry for this month.
Today's nasty, severely worn rental grade carpet.
It was a friend of a friend deal so I didn't put any extra work into it, just let the strong mixed chems do the work.
I used 25 oz S/O in HF
6 oz Peroxcide
Boosted with 2 oz Kleenrite Dissolve to break up grease and oils

Re: The Best of Trashed Carpet
Davey, you win my vote for awesome cleaner for that one!
If it isn't yet, that needs to be on your website and advertising, seriously.

Re: The Best of Trashed Carpet
Thanks Guys, <blush>
Like Joe said in another thread, it's really amazing what we can do with modern chems.
Wasn't long ago, if I was even going to get close to those results, it would have taken a lot more time and back breaking labor! Heck I didn't even really use any agitation on that one, well besides with my 'foot brush' on some of the worst spots.

Re: The Best of Trashed Carpet
Looking thew some old pictures, I ran across a job I did at My Gym a couple years ago........
Been a while so I really don't remember what I cleaned it with but I presprayed it, agitated with CRB, then wand extracted it with the cheep0 wand you see pictured.
In this first before pic the clean strip on left in front of counter was an area that had been covered and wasn't really dirty, I haven't started cleaning yet.
After, I had cleaned at the top/back so far.................
