Re: Lets talk pet urine
I didn't have any foaming issues with my recent job. I used my U.S.Products porty and a claw.
I used 100% Shizzle at 2oz per gallon and S/O/E at 6oz per gallon.

8-10 oz s/o/o is way too much imo, even 4oz/gal of 50% is really strong, 8-10 might make people dizzy
this stuff is really really strong and it does what its supposed to, you dont need much

That's what I thought, but I figured I didn't quite understand his post. 2oz of 100% is really strong, lingers for weeks.

Re: Lets talk pet urine
One of our biggest $ makers...love the pet issues...urine, diarrhea, vomit...bring it on! Like some of you folks stated, Cat urine is much more potent (factually) than dog urine. Urine can be much more extreme if they have some type of kidney or urine tract infection as well. We have been using a commercial based Enzyme concentrate for 7-8 years now on a daily basis. I developed a pet urine stain/odor sheet that we give them right away which describes our unique Stage I, STage II and Stage III processes to eliminate their pet issues. Stage I ($50 per area/room), is what we call a surface Enzyme Wash which does eliminate aprox 80% of all our situations. Stage II(Stage I price + addl $50 per epicenter), which is some Enzyme solution injections through the carpet backing into the padding all right around the epicenter of where the main urine issue is. Stage III ($250-$500 per room/area), is worst case scenario in which we pull back the carpet, remove and dispose contaminated padding & tack strips, germicidal wash of the sub-flooring, urine extractions on the carpet backing, replace pad & tack strips, re-install & power stretch carpet and surface Enzyme wash. Again, huge daily $ maker for us because we specify in our advertising campaigns that we are Pet Stain/Odor Removal Experts, so this is at least 50% of our call volume!
